Your subscription
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. To change or cancel yours, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Median. You can also reach the same place from Median, in Settings.
If you have a new phone or reinstalled Median, open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases.
Refunds are also handled by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Deleting your account
In Median, open Settings and choose Delete account. This removes your account and your morning history from Median. It does not cancel an App Store subscription, which you manage with Apple as described above.
Screen Time
Median uses Apple’s Screen Time permission to hold the apps you choose each morning. The apps you pick stay on your iPhone and are never sent to Median. If mornings stop starting, check that Screen Time access is still on in Settings.
